Nantong Japheth covers an area of 41000 square meters. Owning 2 modern plants and an office building totally 52000 square meters. Owning 40 advanced PS lines with an annual capacity of 18000 tons. Japheth brought in 22 BORUNTE robots to take part in manual board picking. At the same time, Japheth designed and developed 3 sets of automatic feeding system independently, which can mix 35 tons raw materials per day. For environmental protection, Japheth built 1700 megawatts of photovoltaic solar power panels generates 2 million KWH annually.
Nantong Japheth using new technology with heat transfer film and co-extrusion. So the products have stable quality and good performance. PS plastic products is more environmental than wooden ones. It can be used for SPA, outdoor furniture and photo frames. Japheth’s products had been exported to USA, Canada, Mexico, Italy and other European countries for many years. They are widely admired overseas.
